| Competitive Environment
| Although this division is founded with a philosophy of equal playing time and all players get an opportunity to play each skill position at least once during the regular season, it is still a competitive environment. All teams are trying their best to win. The regular season is more relaxed and the playoffs are more competitive. There is an emphasis on learning football fundamentals and having fun.
| This division is focused on teaching football fundamentals and on developing all players. It is also committed to equal playing time and includes the "11 on 11 off" rule to insure this is accomplished. PAC 10, although founded on development is still a competitive environment and definitely focused on having fun as well.
| Most competitive division. This team will compete against the very best teams in our league every Sunday. Every tackle weight division, (Bantam, Featherweight, Middleweight, Lightweight and Heavyweight), assembles a BIG 10 team that is compiled of the most skilled and competitive players in each weight class. All players in a weight class try out for the BIG 10.

| All in-house teams. Teams are assembled with a goal of creating equally competitive teams utilizing a blind draft.
